We're Hiring: HR Generalist

Yayasan Pendidikan Avicenna is looking for an HR Generalist to join our Human Capital team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Organization Development initiatives, including performance management, competency development, and employee engagement.
• Coordinate learning & development programs and training activities.
• Handle HR administration, employee relations, and HR data reporting.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are implemented effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist/HR Officer.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, Organization Development (OD), performance management, and learning & development.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage.
