English Trainer

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English Education, Linguistics, or other relevant fields.
2. Graduated from a reputable State University or an A-accredited Private University.
3. Minimum GPA of 3.00 for Bachelor’s degree and 3.25 for Master’s degree.
4. Fluent in both spoken and written English, with excellent grammar and pronunciation.
5. Preferably holds a valid TOEFL or IELTS certificate with a competitive score.
6. Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching, English training, teacher development, or a related educational field.
7. Experienced in delivering training, workshops, or professional development programs for teachers is highly preferred.
8. Familiar with the Cambridge Curriculum and its implementation in a school environment.
9. Strong understanding of English teaching methodologies, classroom practices, and teacher development.
10. Able to assess teacher's English proficiency and identify their learning and development needs.
11. Able to design and deliver engaging, practical, and level-appropriate English training programs for teachers.
12. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
13. Confident in delivering training and providing constructive feedback to teachers.
14. Creative, adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
15. Passionate about education and committed to supporting teacher's professional development.
16. Willing to be placed in Medan.
17. Maximum 35 years old.
