Project Manager (m/f/d) Robotics

What to expect:

• Holistic coordination and execution of projects in system/plant engineering from order receipt to final acceptance
• Ensuring the agreed scope of services, adherence to deadlines, quality, and profitability
• Active management of interfaces to sales and all technical departments involved in the project – the Project Manager sees themselves as the central, responsible controller of the overall project across all involved areas
• Professional change order management and negotiation with customers/suppliers
• Responsibility for realistic schedule planning starting from the quotation phase, as well as consistent tracking of project milestones
• Functional leadership of the project team within the framework of the assigned projects
• Early assessment of technical, scheduling, and contractual risks to avoid unnecessary risks during the project course
• Cost analysis of the commissioned projects as well as regular reporting
• Central contact person for the customer as well as communication interface to internal specialist departments
• Conducting internal and external kick-off meetings as well as regular project and review meetings
• Supporting our technical documentation in the content creation of the plant documentation
• Active participation in shaping our processes and organization in the course of our strategic further development

What we expect:

• Degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or similar), further training as a technician, or comparable training
• Several years of experience in project management in special machine/plant engineering, Robotics
• Experience with customer and supplier management in complex technical projects
• SAP-PS knowledge desirable
• MS-Office skills
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Independent way of working
• Strong communication skills with pronounced social competence
• Ability to work in a team with a high willingness to cooperate
• Confident and binding assertiveness, persuasiveness
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a result- and solution-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel within the framework of project execution
