What will you be doing with us?

As a Job Preparer, you are responsible for the preparation of mechanical engineering activities. Your activities will consist of assembling detailed work packages for performing corrective, preventive and/or project-related activities. You will work in a team of job preparers and technicians and you will report to the maintenance coordinator.

• You consult with the coordinator, job preparers, engineers and other disciplines;
• You are responsible for following up on materials and services to be delivered and the activities of the contractor(s);
• You ensure that documentation is correct and remains up-to-date and that maintenance plans are available;
• You initiate and support improvements in the areas of safety, efficiency, and reliability of the installations

You do all this according to the applicable procedures and safety regulations within Yara Sluiskil and the so-called Yara values (Curiosity, Ambition, Collaboration & Responsibility).

Who are you?

You are a team player, proactive, service-oriented and work in a structured manner. You have an eye for quality, planning and costs. Safety is always your top priority.

• You have a completed MBO-4 (NL), or BSO/TSO (BE) diploma; Mechanical Engineering/(Electro)Mechanics or a similar diploma;
• You have experience with static and rotating equipment;
• You can read and understand P&ID and Isometrics drawings;
• You have knowledge of the English language and you are quick to become proficient in new IT systems (SAP, Microsoft Office).
