Procurement Leader

1. Sourcing and Development

• Develop and manage new sourcing strategies to support new models and projects
• Identify and evaluate local suppliers
• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and capability

1. Project Support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams regarding requirements for new models and projects
• Manage procurement plans to align with project timelines
• Verify supplier readiness for mass production

1. Material Management

• Manage the procurement of raw materials for parts production
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers
• Monitor market trends and raw material cost fluctuations

1. Supplier Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure stable deliveries
• Conduct supplier performance audits and improvement plans
• Resolve supplier-related issues promptly to avoid production delays

1. Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Prepare procurement reports and cost analyses

Qualifications: Age 30 - 40 years old. Bachelor's degree in any Business International or higher that is related. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing domestic and international purchasing. Knowledge of Stores management & Inventory control. Good negotiating skills with foreign manufacturers as well. Basic command of written and spoken English. Experience in oversea purchasing and shipping documents is preferable. Good Knowledge of working on computers including Word, Excel, Power Point. Good communication skills. Good attitude with a responsible and committed attitude. Possesses strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills, and is adept at solving problems on the spot. Can drive a car with a driving license.
