Senior Marketing Officer

Your tasks

• Design promotions and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the team to align with business goals and target customer groups
• Develop promotion plans and marketing campaigns, including analyzing returns and investment cost-effectiveness
• Prepare documents and supporting information to propose plans to executives and obtain official approval
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure operations proceed according to the approved plans
• Monitor and summarize operational results, preparing reports comparing actual results against targets to improve future promotions

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or other related fields
2. Experience in marketing strategy analysis and financial planning; experience in businesses related to hire purchase loans will be specially considered
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other programs such as Power BI and Canva
4. High sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, passionate about the work, and always open to change
5. Good communication skills both internally and externally within the organization
6. Ability to communicate and write in English at a good level
