- Taking-off quantities, sourcing sub-contractor & suppliers , pricing for quotation
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Assessment of progress payments to subcontractor / suppliers
- Preparation of progress claims and variation order to the client
- Settlement of final accounts with client and subcontractor / suppliers
Requirements
job speechification
- At lest diploma in QS/ Civil engineer / building
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience working in construction sector
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
