Job Description Yanagi Sushi is looking for a motivated and reliable Maki Chef to join our team!

We value attitude, effort, and willingness to learn just as much as experience.

Your tasks

We're not just looking for someone to make rolls. We're hoping to find someone who enjoys working with food, takes pride in their work, and is interested in growing into a skilled Sushi Chef in the future.

Requirements

We welcome applicants with different levels of experience. You don't need to be an expert, but you should have basic sushi-making skills, such as being able to prepare a California Roll independently.

• Basic sushi-making skills (must be able to make a California Roll)
• Previous sushi restaurant experience is an asset, but extensive experience is not required
• Basic English communication skills (fluency is not necessary)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Good teamwork and attention to cleanliness
