TCM Clinic Receptionist (Tampines)

Key responsibilities Accurately measure, dispense, and pack traditional Chinese herbal prescriptions according to physicians' orders.

Operate herbal decoction machines/equipment to brew and bottle herbs safely and hygienically.

Manage herbal inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain storage cleanliness.

Warmly greet patients, manage registration, queue order, and appointment bookings (phone, WhatsApp, email).

Handle patient inquiries with patience and professional care.

Process daily checkout transactions, payment collection, and basic data entry.

Process patient insurance claims, including verifying coverage, preparing and submitting claim documents, and following up on claim status and required supporting documents.

Assist in driving sales targets through good patient follow-up and service excellence.

Job Requirements Proven experience or knowledge in TCM herbal dispensing and decoction is strictly required.

Fluent in English and Mandarin/Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate with patients and read prescriptions.

Cheerful, patient, neat, responsible, and service-oriented.

Enthusiastic about promoting TCM health and wellness products/services.

Able to retail hours
