1 Develop, evaluate, and improve food manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs. 2 Identify root causes of process deviations, production bottlenecks, and equipment failures; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 3 Lead the scale-up of new products from the R&D lab to full-scale commercial production, ensuring process feasibility.
