Proman Recrutement is recruiting for its client, a logistics specialist, an HR Manager (M/F) based near Roanne (42).

Your tasks

Your main mission will be the coordination and deployment of the group's HR policy within your scope. You will support managers and teams in the implementation of the HR strategy and ensure compliance with regulations. You will train and raise awareness among managers regarding best practices (interviews, feedback, diversity and inclusion) and also support them during disciplinary procedures. You will also be the primary contact for the temporary work agencies located on-site. You will implement various HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management, compensation. You will also ensure compliance with statutory working and rest periods, as well as all administrative procedures relating to employment contracts. Finally, you will implement various actions to guarantee a good social climate.

Requirements

Holding a degree in Human Resources or Social Law, you have significant experience in the logistics or industrial sector with shift schedules. A good communicator, you have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable with team management as well as project management. Proficiency in English is indispensable for this position.
