Operations Manager (M/F)

The position: Proman Recrutement is recruiting for its client, a logistics specialist, an Operations Manager (M/F) based near Roanne. Your main role will be to plan, organize, coordinate, and control the processing of operations carried out by your teams, in compliance with professional standards and quality / hygiene / safety / environment standards, with the aim of achieving productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives. You will organize and plan all operational activities of the warehouse: reception, shipping, inventories, deliveries, disputes, and monitor the smooth running of activities. You will manage your teams by implementing KPI and regular team meetings, and evaluate their skills. You are also in charge of the recruitment, integration, and monitoring of the employees in your team, and you participate in maintaining a serene working climate. Finally, you measure and analyze the results produced at the budgetary and customer satisfaction levels.

Profile sought: Holding a degree in logistics, you have experience in flow management and team management. You know how to work in a regulated environment and are able to define relevant indicators to highlight trends and alert on possible deviations. Beyond your skills, it is your sense of communication, your ability to manage and defuse conflicts, as well as your performance monitoring that will make you the ideal candidate for this position.
