Logistics Activity Manager (M/F)

The position: Proman Recrutement is recruiting for its client, a logistics specialist, a Logistics Activity Manager (M/F) based near Roanne. Your main mission will be to ensure the operational and managerial management of one or more logistics activities (reception, storage, order picking, shipping, etc.). You are the guarantor of performance, quality, and safety within your scope. You supervise and coordinate logistics activities while ensuring the application of internal procedures and the achievement of performance objectives. You analyze various performance indicators, implementing improvement actions if necessary. You supervise and lead operational teams and plan resources according to needs. You also support the skill development of your teams and set objectives for them. You work in close collaboration with the Responsable d'Exploitation and communicate daily with the various departments. Finally, you participate in steering meetings and report your teams' results.

Profile sought: You must possess similar experience acquired in the logistics sector and have a good mastery of logistics processes (reception, storage, picking, shipping). You are comfortable using IT tools and are able to analyze performance indicators while proposing improvement solutions if necessary. Beyond your logistics knowledge, it is your ability to unite your teams, manage emergencies and priorities, and work in compliance with standards and processes that will make you the ideal candidate for this position.
