Job Description: Champion of assigned distributors in Asia Achieve PoA, Opex & AR target Ensure PoA, PoS, Inventory balance Responsible for stock rotation, price protection, forecast Align with PMs on product promotion strategy, including NPA, focus products promotion Follow up/Initiate Incentive program to motivate distributors and drive sales growth Requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration/ E&E Min. 10 years’ of related work experience is preferred Have some experience in the distribution or good knowledge on the electronics industry and customers
