After Sales (Mandarin Speakers)

Job Description

1. Provide Chinese–Indonesian interpretation during daily departmental meetings and work-related discussions.
2. Translate departmental documents and materials from Chinese to Indonesian and vice versa.
3. Provide Chinese–Indonesian interpretation and communication support during business trips.
4. Assist with vehicle maintenance and administrative coordination for the department's market stores.
5. Support warehouse inventory management, including SAP data entry/accounting and regular inventory stock counts.
6. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department.

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.
2. Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, with strong verbal and written translation skills.
3. Able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and Indonesian.
4. Willing to work overtime when required.
5. Willing to travel for business purposes when necessary.
6. Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
7. Professional, neat, and presentable appearance.
8. Responsible, proactive, friendly, and able to work well in a team.
9. Good attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Previous experience as a Chinese Interpreter or Translator is an advantage.
3. Familiarity with SAP or inventory management is a plus.
