Legal Counsel

What you will do in the role:

• End-to-end business and legal accompaniment: Close partnership with business teams, translating commercial ideas and initiatives into legal documents and providing creative solutions
• Management and leadership of complex agreements: Drafting, structuring, and independent management of negotiations on complex commercial agreements
• Working with advanced tools: Integration and daily use of AI tools as an integral and structured part of legal work
• Professional versatility: Comprehensive response in a variety of legal fields: commercial law, consumer protection, privacy, labor law, and more

Minimum requirements:

• Working under the supervision of the CLO
• Bachelor of Laws degree and a valid law license
• At least 4-5 years of experience as an attorney
• Proven expertise in at least one of the following two: privacy protection law or consumer protection law
• Proven experience in drafting complex commercial agreements and independent negotiation management
• Practical experience with AI tools in daily legal work
• Very high level of English (writing, reading, and legal drafting)
• Previous experience in litigation

Significant advantage:

• Experience or practical understanding of corporate governance (company structure, writing protocols)
