Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Assistant to support our daily logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Controller in planning daily transport schedules and assigning jobs to drivers.
• Liaise with customers regarding transport requirements and service requests.
• Apply for LTA permits for oversized vehicles and arrange CISCO escort services.
• Update drivers' daily job records using Google Drive and Google Sheets.
• Prepare customer quotations and assist with transport documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, ports, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate operational records and filing.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or related operations.
• Knowledge of loose cargo and container transportation.
• Familiar with import/export procedures, customs requirements, and port operations will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.

Working Hours

• 5.5-day work week
• Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
