*Job Overview* XZ RMT Physio Clinic, Our multidisciplinary physio clinic in Markham. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Reliable Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team works in weekdays mornings and afternoon shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing effective treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, providing essential rehabilitation services to diverse patient populations, including pediatric and adult patients. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and promote recovery.

*Duties*

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients? physical conditions and mobility limitations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical best practices
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate recovery
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercises, and health maintenance
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care strategies
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and hospital policies

*Requirements*

• Valid license or certification as a licensed Physiotherapist or Physical Therapist
• Prior experience in hospital settings preferred, especially in acute care environments
• Experience working with pediatric populations is a plus
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices

Pay: $50.00-$72.00 per hour

• Markham, ON L3R 0G6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

• physiotherapy: 5 years (required)

Language:

• Mandarin or Cantonese & English (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Physiotherapist Licence (required)
