Customer Service Representative 37.5h fixed-term

Our XXL Finland headquarters consists of many dedicated and motivated employees who work daily to optimize our operations in department stores, as well as online. We are now looking for a fixed-term worker for the Customer Service Representative role in our great team in Tammisto!

Role Description In the Customer Service Representative role, you will help our customers with various questions regarding purchases, orders, returns, and products. You always prioritize the customer's needs and ensure, on your part, that customers choose XXL to receive the best possible service.

The role is located at the XXL Finland headquarters in Tammisto, Vantaa, and belongs to the Nordic Digital Commerce & Customer Engagement team. In this position, you report to the Customer Service Supervisor in Finland, the CS Lead.

This is a fixed-term replacement, with an estimated duration until 14.01.2027. Any potential continuation will be considered separately.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

• Answering customer inquiries in our digital channels (chat, email)
• Answering membership, product, and complaint questions
• Monitoring the website to optimize customer experience and sales
• Problem-solving in various situations, such as if a product does not work as expected
• Collaboration with the supervisor, as well as providing suggestions for improvement to ensure the best possible customer service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably from retail
• Fluent English and Swedish language skills, both written and oral
