SEC Designer

At Xtremax, we build mission-critical digital platforms and software solutions for public sector and enterprise clients. We are looking for experienced Service Designer – SEC Design and hands-on technology professional to join our project delivery team.

What the role is

Join a team that empowers divisions across the Environment and Sustainability Cluster (SEC) to scope problems, run discovery, and build the confidence to conceptualize their own digital solutions. We are currently building digital products that support environmental monitoring, incident response, and regulatory operations. The team requires service design capacity to ensure these products integrate seamlessly into officers' existing workflows and deliver real operational value. Your work will directly shape how frontline officers coordinate during environmental incidents, affecting residents across the nation, to agency response coordination and much more.

What you will be working on

One of your primary engagements will be an incident response platform, where you will document end-to-end workflows, assess how the platform integrates into officers' existing operations, and translate findings into a prioritised feature roadmap. Beyond this engagement, you will also support other service design initiatives across SEC ITD product teams. This includes:

• Mapping as-is workflows for priority product initiatives, documenting how officers currently work and where friction exists
• Proposing to-be workflows that integrate new digital platforms into existing operations.
