Production Worker Powder Coating Line

Your tasks

As a production worker on the powder coating line, you are responsible for a smooth and high-quality production process. Your tasks include:

• Checking cylinders and hanging them correctly onto the production chain using a lifting tackle.
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring machines and the automated robot.
• Engraving data and identification data into the cylinders.
• Providing cylinders with a correct coating layer using a spray gun.
• Checking the coating thickness with a thickness gauge.
• Using and maintaining machines and tools correctly.
• Troubleshooting and, where possible, solving malfunctions independently.
• Reading, understanding, and correctly executing work orders.
• Working with various tools and products, including solvents.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is technically minded, enjoys practical work, and takes responsibility.

You recognize yourself in the following profile

• You have a technical background through education or work experience.
• You have knowledge of mechanics and machines. Technical insight is a must.
• You work accurately and understand how important quality and safety are.
• You can read, understand, and correctly interpret work orders.
• You are not afraid to perform physical work and enjoy rolling up your sleeves.
• You have a positive work attitude, are eager to learn, and think in a solution-oriented manner.
• You can manage in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Experience with powder coating or two-component wet coating is an advantage, but not a requirement.
