Construction Assistant

We are looking for someone who is open to learning. You will be immersed in a very special world: the dismantling and demolition of industrial sites. What you bring yourself is a degree in Construction or several years of experience as a site manager.

From A to Z, you will be mentored by experienced project leaders until you can independently follow up and coordinate your own sites. In this way, you will eventually become a full-fledged project leader in a very specific, specialized niche.What does this look like in concrete terms:

• You will learn the do's and don'ts of dismantling and demolition works;
• You will learn to prepare and calculate quotes yourself;
• You will become an ambassador of safety on every site and regularly check if everything is proceeding by the book;
• Quality and progress will be monitored by you;
• You will hand over sites;
• In short: you will become an expert in a specific and technical world with (further) growth in your position.
• A higher degree in construction/engineering is preferred;
• Initial experience is good but not a must - internships also count;
• A good knowledge of English;
• The will to deepen your knowledge in a specific niche and grow within it.
