Manager for Implementation – ERP and Accounting System

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

ERP Solution Architecture – Understands business problems and designs practical ERP solutions.

Business Process Analysis – Can analyze existing processes and recommend improved workflows.

Solution Blueprinting – Can document how business requirements will be translated into system functionality.

Accounting Expertise – Understands how operational transactions affect accounting and financial reporting.

Project Leadership – Can manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, risks, and implementation timelines.

Consultative Thinking – Can challenge requirements when necessary and recommend better approaches.

Client Management – Can confidently facilitate discussions with business owners, executives, finance teams, and operational users.

Team Leadership – Can guide Business Analysts and implementation team members toward consistent implementation standards.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field.

Proven experience in implementing ERP, Accounting, Financial Management, or Business Management Systems.

Experience managing ERP implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live.

Strong knowledge of accounting processes, financial controls, and financial reporting.

Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Order to Collection, Procure to Pay, Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.

Demonstrated ability to conduct client discovery sessions and requirements workshops.

Experience in project scoping, requirements analysis, and Solution Blueprint creation.

Ability to translate business requirements into functional system designs and workflows.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical, documentation, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with executives, accountants, operational teams, technical teams, and system users.
