Qualifications/Requirements Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
· A Professional License (Passed Board Exam) in the said field is required
· Preferably 1-3 years of working experience in Property/Building/Mall Management and Engineering Maintenance Services are required
· Background in electro-mechanical equipment (i.e., elevator, escalator, genset, HVAC, and other equipment found in a commercial property)
· With good working knowledge of national and local building codes and safety standards
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Willing to be assigned in other locations within Metro Manila
· Excellent presentation and report writing
