Network Technician - Network Engineer Assistant

Xpatit, with significant and long-standing experience in the field of networks and information technology, is seeking to immediately hire a network technician for its technical department in the following areas of engagement:

Responsibilities:

• Communication with customers for the execution of back office tasks related to the RMA process
• Testing the operation of network products
• Close cooperation and communication with suppliers for the resolution of technical problems (e.g., RMA on network products)
• Communication and Remote support to customers for RMA or configuration of network products
• Pre Sales & After Sales support on network products
• Supervision of the company's computer system and email servers

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Network Engineering from IEK/TEI/AEI or related fields
• 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of wired networks
• Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP
• Very good knowledge of English (Written and Spoken)
• Problem-solving ability
• Willingness to research new methods, practices, and techniques
• Communication skills (Written and Spoken) and Team Spirit
• Completed military obligations, for male candidates

Desirable Qualifications / Requirements

• Desirable knowledge of wireless networks (RF)
• Desirable knowledge of MikroTik RouterOS
• Desirable knowledge of handling Ubiquiti products
• Desirable knowledge of Voice over Ip technologies
• Desirable knowledge of Windows Server OS
• Desirable knowledge of Cpanel / WHM
