Network and Computer Engineer

Xpatit, with significant and long-standing experience in the field of networks and information technology, is seeking to immediately hire an employee for the sales department with the following main duties:

Responsibilities

• Close cooperation and communication with suppliers for the resolution of technical problems (e.g., customer support issues or RMA on network products)
• Pre Sales & After Sales support on network products
• Configuration and troubleshooting of telephone exchanges and VoIP devices with complex scenarios.
• Design, construction, and configuration of wired and wireless networks
• Installation and configuration of router, firewall, switches, and other network devices (Routing, VPN, VLAN, QoS etc.)
• Communication and Remote support to customers and installations
• Onsite visits to customers for study, design, or installation of projects within and outside Attica (optional)
• Testing of operation and evaluation of products / software
• Handling customer requests for technical support or project implementation.
• Drafting of proposals for project implementation services.
• Supervision of the company's computer system
• Recording of problems and creation of a knowledge base (Knowledge base, FAQ etc.)

Required Qualifications:

• Essential previous experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of wired networks, TCP/IP and MikroTik RouterOS
• Very good knowledge of wireless networks (RF)
• Very good knowledge of English (Written and Spoken)
• Problem-solving ability
• Project management ability
• Knowledge of Voice over Ip, Asterisk technologies
• Knowledge of Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Grandstream, TP-Link, Teltonika products.
• Willingness to research new methods, practices, and techniques
• Communication skills (Written and Spoken) and Team Spirit
• Fulfilled military obligations (applies to male candidates)
• Driver's license

Desired Qualifications

• Desired degree in Informatics, University, Polytechnic, TEI of Positive Sciences
• Desired knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, Linux operating systems.
• Ability to travel within and outside Attica
