The Financial Advisors program was created to develop professionals who wish to build a long-term career in investment advisory.

Over 24 months, you will have practical training, close monitoring from leadership, and access to the XP ecosystem to expand your technical, commercial, and consultative repertoire.

At the end of the training, you will be prepared to work with clients from the XP Unique segment, transforming knowledge into trusting relationships and solutions that generate real impact on each client's financial life.

Prerequisites

• Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related courses;
• Fluent English;
• Sharp logical reasoning.

Differentials

• CPA-20 (will be mandatory to start work)
• Ancord, CEA, CFP, or CFA.

Flexible In-Person Work Model
