Your tasks

• Recipe development and optimization of our products while observing all qualitative and production-technical requirements
• Independent planning and documentation of the development steps
• Independent organization and documentation of product development projects
• Internal and external communication, e.g., with suppliers and specialist departments
• Preparation, execution, and evaluation of product tastings
• Production of samples
• Organization and accompaniment of trial productions and packaging tests, including evaluation and documentation
• Coordination with internal departments regarding product-related questions
• Organization and maintenance of the pilot plant and the sample warehouse

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of food technology or completed vocational training as a specialist for food technology or vocational training as a baker, pastry chef, or cook with professional experience
• Hands-on mentality
• You are characterized by a detailed and structured way of working
• You can organize yourself well, are resilient, and work independently
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• Good English skills
