At Xinya Hi-Tech Green Power México, we are looking for a results-oriented Finance Leader, with experience in finance, accounting, and tax compliance, capable of ensuring the correct financial administration of the company and contributing to the strengthening of internal controls and organizational processes. This position will have a key role in supervising financial operations, analyzing information for decision-making, and developing strategic projects within the organization.
Main responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the company's financial and accounting operations.
- Manage and execute payments to suppliers and financial obligations.
- Coordinate bank reconciliations and accounting closings.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for Management.
- Review the correct application and recording of invoices and accounting transactions.
- Coordinate with shelter service.
- Lead the Finance team (1 person reporting to them).
