Application Support Engineer (English Speaking)

Your tasks

1. Application Support

• Provide support to the company's Supply Chain system users
• Analyze and resolve issues related to the system, operations, and Business Process
• Provide guidance and instructions on system usage to users
• Follow up on issue resolutions until the problems are fully resolved

1. Application System Maintenance

• Responsible for supporting systems such as:
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
• Manufacturing Logistics System (MLS)
• Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS)
• Supply Chain Planning (SCP)
• Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
• Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
• Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Quality Management System (QMS)

1. Problem Analysis and Coordination

• Analyze the root causes of issues occurring within the system
• Coordinate with the development team and the headquarters in China
• Track the progress of Tickets until the tasks are completely closed
• Prepare problem reports and suggestions for system development

1. User Support

• Train users and Key Users
• Prepare user manuals
• Support system usage after Upgrades or system changes
• Provide consultation on Business Process and work systems

1. Provide consultation regarding Business Processes and standard guidelines for various specialized IT systems
2. Participate in monitoring and continuous operations after system changes related to IT incident Tickets
3. Conduct relevant training for users and Key Users according to Operation & Maintenance (O&M) requirements
4. Verify, add information, and manage unknown or unidentified causes of issues for Intelligent Robots

Requirements

1. Age 22 - 40 years old
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
3. At least 2 years of experience in Application Support or ERP * Experience in industrial plants or Manufacturing will be given special consideration
4. Required knowledge: Experience in at least 2 systems such as * MES * WMS * APS * SCP * EAM * SRM * QMS
5. Communication: English: Able to communicate for work * Ability to communicate in Chinese will be given special consideration
6. Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work with international teams * High responsibility, ability to learn new systems quickly, and readiness to support users in multiple countries
