WWTP Technician - Automotive Sector

Xin Point México is a Chinese-origin company in the automotive sector, specialized in injection, plating, painting, and assembly processes of plastic components. Currently, we are looking for a WWTP Technician* who wishes to join our team.

Required profile:

• Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Electromechanics, Maintenance, or related degree.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in wastewater treatment or related areas (preferably in the automotive sector).
• Basic English.
• Knowledge in WWTP operation and chemical product dosing.
• Knowledge in electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Handling of mechanical and electrical materials and tools.
• Knowledge of Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001).
• Availability to reside or relocate to Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco.

*Main responsibilities*:

• Operate and maintain the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
• Monitor treatment processes, chemical dosing, and water quality parameters.
• Prepare technical records and reports, participating in internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with operational areas to ensure compliance with environmental objectives.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001).
