Purchasing Manager Chinese Language (Monday to Saturday)

• Define and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery
• Manage the procurement of raw materials, food ingredients, packaging materials, and other materials necessary for the production process
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and favorable purchasing terms
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers, as well as monitor and evaluate supplier performance
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), and other departments to ensure continuous and uninterrupted production processes
• Monitor inventory levels, purchasing budgets, lead times, and material availability
• Oversee that all purchased materials comply with company quality standards and relevant food safety requirements
• Manage the performance of the purchasing team and continuously improve purchasing processes for greater efficiency
• Other assigned tasks

Qualifications: No gender restriction Bachelor's degree or higher in a food-related field will be given special consideration Agile and efficient in working, responsible for duties, and possesses good communication skills Able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure Able to communicate well in English or Chinese Experience in purchasing within the food factory industry will be given special consideration
