Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

1. Welcome customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
2. Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and take customer orders.
3. Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
4. Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly arranged before and after each meal.
5. Provide friendly and efficient customer service throughout the dining experience.
6. Answer customers’ questions about menu items and make recommendations when required.
7. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly.
8. Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
9. Assist with setting up and clearing tables, replenishing supplies, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness.
10. Follow food hygiene, workplace safety, and restaurant service standards.
11. Assist with cashiering and payment collection when required.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or restaurant manager.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, polite, and responsible attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous restaurant service experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Able to work well with team members.

What we offer

basic salary : 1800 to 2200 depending on the experience . full perfect attendance award $200, 3 meals and accommodations . or allowance . we have commissions and bonuses .
