Your qualifications at a glance

• Ideally, you have training in a metalworking profession and bring a strong ability for employee leadership and motivation
• Furthermore, you have already been able to gain relevant leadership experience (in the project business) and very good knowledge and experience in project management
• You also possess strong communication skills at all levels (internal and external), as well as in the English language
• The willingness to undertake assembly assignments domestically and abroad (Western Europe) is a matter of course for you
• Awareness of safety and reliability, as well as cost awareness and an analytical approach, round off your profile

This is what your day looks like with us

• As a Project Manager, you will manage our construction sites and large-scale projects with the team of up to 300 employees that you supervise technically
• In your leadership role, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of national and Europe-wide shutdown projects, including resource planning for personnel, tools, and material
• You always keep an eye on compliance with all deadlines, execution planning, costs, and quality
• You routinely accompany contract award negotiations with our clients
• Last but not least, you prepare calculations and the billing of orders in the form of measurement documentation
