We are looking for a dedicated individual to take responsibility for the support and optimization of our production processes as a Process Engineer. Your Tasks

  • Support of serial production of assemblies for medical technology (focus on Disposables)
  • Maintenance of technical master data in the ERP system
  • Processing of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA/Non-Conformity) in the event of quality problems, including error analysis, rectification, and documentation
  • Creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures as well as training of production personnel
  • Continuous improvement of production processes with regard to efficiency and effectiveness
  • Leading optimization projects as well as supporting the qualification and validation of new and existing production processes
  • Ensuring the availability of machines, maintenance, and upkeep of production facilities
  • Cross-site collaboration and support of the production infrastructure

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing Technology), Plastics Technology, Medical Technology, or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally 3 years of professional experience in a regulated environment
  • Experience in the optimization of production processes (KVP, Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Knowledge in Industrial Engineering and cleanroom manufacturing desirable
  • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working as well as assertiveness
  • Proficient use of MS Office and conversational English skills in speaking and writing
