Software Test Engineer

Job Description:

• Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and formulate comprehensive test plans.
• Design and execute test cases, perform defect tracking, analyze software quality, and manage project quality risks for mobile apps (iOS/Android) or backend services.
• Responsible for test automation and continuous integration (CI) regression testing.
• Ensure system quality and maintain system testability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Optimize testing methodologies and implement test tools to boost product quality and R&D efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and smooth project execution.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate simply in Chinese
• 2-5 years of experience in software testing or development, with preference given to candidates with internet/tech industry experience, iOS/Android/PC testing backgrounds, or deep expertise in test automation.
• Basic programming capability, with proficiency in Java or other programming languages highly preferred.
• Good working knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and QA methodologies, with a strong passion for quality assurance in the tech sector.
• Strong business analysis, communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Quick learner, adaptable to challenges, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, high ethical standards, and a strong team-player mindset.
