Electrical Engineer - Sub-project Manager (m/f/d) (Engineer - Electrical Engineering)

Tasks

• Contact Person: You are the central point of contact for customer representatives, suppliers, authorities, as well as for Class and Flag.
• Interface Management: You act as an interface between different departments and systems to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
• Project Execution: Independent planning and execution of all electrical engineering systems for smaller orders in cooperation with system managers and suppliers.
• Technical Review: Responsibility for the technical review and approval of technical documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and overview plans.
• Project Control: Monitoring project progress regarding hours and budget compliance, as well as prioritization and timely assurance of all required approved design and manufacturing documents.
• Procurement Process: Accompanying and supporting the procurement process in relation to deadlines, technical content, and budgets.
• Further Development: Development of new procedures, tools, expertise, standards, and other elements to improve the department or the shipyard in cooperation with others.

Requirements

• Studies: Successfully completed engineering studies in the field of Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional Experience: Many years of practical professional experience in the field of electrical engineering and project management.
• Skills: Comprehensive organizational and conceptual skills as well as experience in project management.
• Language Skills: Good written and spoken English skills are required.
