As Plant Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the operational leadership and management of our production site in Eisendorf.

What awaits you!

• Responsibility for a production site of Xella Deutschland GmbH with approx. 20 employees
• Effective personnel planning and development as well as promotion of employee satisfaction
• Development of production targets and KPIs for managing the area of responsibility
• Promotion of continuous change processes within the framework of the Lean-Transformation using common Lean methods
• Consistent cost management while simultaneously ensuring product quality
• Planning and monitoring of production and the budget, as well as equipment and product optimization
• Compliance with all energy and environmental regulations as well as specifications for quality, hygiene, and occupational safety

What you bring to the role!

• Successfully completed studies in the field of Maschinenbau, Ingenieurwesen, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a manufacturing company, preferably from the building materials industry
• Assertiveness, self-organization, communication skills, and a strong hands-on-mentalität
• High understanding of safety
• Sound knowledge in the area of EHS and Lean Management
• Experience in leading improvement workshops and change processes
• Basic understanding of production planning and control
• Good English skills
