Growth Manager — XDOF Indonesia Location: Indonesia Employment Type: Full-time

About XDOF XDOF is building the next generation of AI through large-scale real-world data collection. Our Egocentric Camera captures first-person human activity data that helps train and improve AI and robotics systems. We are looking for a Operations Manager to lead our business development and partnership efforts in Indonesia. About the Role You will lead a team responsible for identifying and acquiring business partners, distributors, and operational partners who can help us deploy Egocentric Cameras at scale. Rather than selling a traditional product, the role is focused on creating partnerships with companies where their workers or operators can participate in XDOF's data collection programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational activities related to data collection projects.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Oversee and ensure the quality and performance of operational teams, including Auditors, Annotators, and Operators.

• Coordinate daily operations and monitor project progress to ensure timelines, targets, and quality standards are achieved.

• Act as the main point of communication with headquarters and stakeholders in the United States and China.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Robotics, Operations, Product, and other internal stakeholders.

• Identify operational issues, risks, and bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions.

• Prepare operational reports, performance analysis, and recommendations for process improvements.

• Ensure smooth communication and alignment between local and global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Program Management, or related roles.

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written.

• Experience managing end-to-end operational processes and cross-functional projects.

• Strong understanding of SOP development, process improvement, and quality control.

• Proven experience in leading teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and technology-driven environment.

• Experience in AI, data annotation, robotics, or technology industries is a strong advantage.
