Operations Coordinator

🗓️ Logistics & Device Deployment:

• Manage Distribution Schedules: Create, maintain, and execute timelines for distributing data collection hardware to field implementors.
• Implementor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for field implementors, ensuring they receive their assigned devices on time and are deployed to the correct schedules.
• Inventory Control: Track the deployment, retrieval, maintenance, and return lifecycle of all physical collection devices to minimize loss or downtime.

📊 Data Administration & Reporting

• Own the Google Sheets Tracker: Build and maintain the master operations spreadsheet to log device serial numbers, deployment statuses, and implementor records.
• Data Hygiene: Perform daily data entry and verification to ensure absolute accuracy in active device counts and team productivity metrics.
• Issue Escalation: Generate weekly performance and inventory updates for management, flagging missing devices or scheduling bottlenecks immediately.

👥 Team Supervision

• Supervise Operations Staff: Oversee junior operations assistants or staff handling day-to-day device packing and routine data validation.
• Delegate Tasks: Assign daily tracking and dispatch workflows to team members to ensure balanced workloads and smooth field execution.

🛠️ Job Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of solid experience in operations coordination, field logistics, project assistance, or supply chain administration (Tech sector, startup, or market research agency experience is highly preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
• Google Sheets Expert (Mandatory): Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel. You must be completely comfortable utilizing XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and Data Validation to build automated tracking tools.
• Language Skills: Full fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with professional working proficiency in English (for navigating internal tech systems and reporting).
• Key Traits: High attention to structural detail, a data-driven mindset, and strong clear-cut communication skills for handling field workers and internal stakeholders.
