Data Analyst

At XDOF Indonesia, a Data Analyst is deeply embedded within the operations and AI-infrastructure ecosystem. Because XDOF builds foundational AI and robotics for the physical world, your primary role is to transform physical data into digital insights. You will manage, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets generated by egocentric cameras, physical sensors, and robotic teleoperations, ensuring the data is structured correctly to train advanced machine learning models.

Job Description (Key Responsibilities)

• Data Processing & Pipeline Management: Collect, clean, and validate massive streams of sensory and spatial data to maintain high quality for AI model training.
• Dashboard & Report Development: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and performance tracking tools to visualize operational metrics.
• Operational Performance Monitoring: Analyze daily KPIs, tracking things like data annotation velocity, robotic teleoperation latency, and system bottlenecks.
• Actionable Insights: Query large databases to identify process gaps and deliver data-driven optimization strategies to management.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and AI engineers to translate complex operational data into business solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in data analytics, operations management, or a highly quantitative role.
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL is mandatory (writing complex queries, data manipulation, and database management). Proficiency in Excel is required; familiarity with Python, R, or BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) is a major plus.
• Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English (both written and verbal) to collaborate with global stakeholders.
• Mindset: Strong analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and a high comfort level working with large, messy datasets in a fast-paced startup environment.
