Low Code Developer (Microsoft Power Platform)

We are looking for a motivated Low-Code Engineer to support digital transformation initiatives through the design, development, and deployment of business applications and workflow automation solutions. This role offers hands-on exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and emerging digital technologies within a dynamic enterprise environment.

Fresh graduates with strong academic foundations, relevant projects, internships, or portfolio work are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications, workflow automations, and digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related technologies.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and translate them into practical low-code solutions.
• Develop and maintain applications, workflows, dashboards, data models, integrations, and reusable solution components.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and enhancement activities for deployed solutions.
• Support the implementation of security, data governance, privacy, accessibility, and application lifecycle management requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to deliver effective digital solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and operational support materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and explore emerging technologies to enhance business capabilities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of software development fundamentals, databases, data structures, testing, troubleshooting, and user interface design.
• Hands-on exposure to at least one low-code/no-code platform through academic projects, internships, personal projects, or work experience.
• Experience developing applications, forms, workflow automations, or business solutions will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with configuring workflows, business rules, user permissions, and data integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-stakeholder environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, or Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Azure, or related Microsoft technologies.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, NoSQL databases, and REST APIs.
• Understanding of source control tools such as Git.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies, CI/CD concepts, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, Azure, or Microsoft 365 will be advantageous.
• Participation in hackathons, internships, academic projects, or portfolio work demonstrating solution delivery capabilities.
