CHALUPERO(A) WAITER(ESS)

OBJECTIVE

To achieve the satisfaction of our visitors through professional and personalized service, providing unforgettable experiences and complying with the quality, safety, service, and hygiene standards established by Grupo Xcaret.

FUNCTIONS

• Ensure the service sequence according to the standards established in the Business Unit.
• Review inputs and supplies according to the consumption center's schedule, promptly informing the immediate supervisor of any shortages.
• Care for the handling of inputs to avoid shrinkage and comply with Food and Beverage service standards.
• Ensure that the work equipment, such as glassware, china, and silverware, complies with hygiene and image standards.
• Report any equipment or tool presenting faults to the immediate supervisor in order to avoid affecting operations.
• Participate in the training and capacity-building programs to which they are called.
• Apply the guidelines established in the area's documentary structure.
• Collaborate in the various projects of the Group.
• Apply the safety and hygiene measures established by the Group and the Business Unit.
• Collaborate in the application of the Sustainability Model during the performance of their duties.
• Know and apply the policies and procedures of the Group, the Business Unit, and their area.

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed high school or preparatory school.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in positions related to Food and Beverage service.
• Experience as a waiter(ess) in buffet or à la carte restaurants, kitchen assistant, hostess, or related positions.
• Knowledge in customer service, table presentation and setting, sales, attention, and complaint handling.
• Basic English, corresponding to basic expressions.
• Handling of restaurant operating systems and equipment.
• Valid health card.
