Groups and Weddings Auditor

Objective:

To control room and event revenue in the Hotel Groups and Weddings segment, as well as to validate payment reconciliation, invoicing, and operating expenses.

General functions:

• Review and validation of contracts, rates, packages, included services, payment, and cancellation policies.
• Attendance at pre-convention meetings, review of services, and event amenities.
• Resolution of group/wedding inquiries and establishing effective communication with the client.
• Management of detailed control of room and event revenue, validating correct rate loading and extra services by gathering supporting documentation.
• Support in month-end closing activities (preparation of income statements, financial statements, reports, and presentations).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration
• Accounting, Administration, and hotel Operation in the Groups, Conventions, and Weddings segment.
• Data Analysis
• Knowledge of Audit processes and Internal Control
• Proficiency in Opera, Delphi
• Intermediate English Indispensable
