Reporting to the VP of EMEA Operations, the ICS Senior Operations Manager is responsible for the overall performance of transactional and marketing print activities in France, within a demanding industrial and international environment. The position combines operational leadership, business management, and team management.
Main Missions
Business Management and Performance
Supervise all production operations and Customer Service (CSD) Guarantee compliance with customer commitments (quality, deadlines, SLA) Manage the P&L, forecast, profitability, and activity costs Build and secure business forecasts (forecast) Management and Leadership
Manage, develop, and unite production and customer service teams Establish a culture of performance, continuous improvement, and accountability Support teams within a context of industrial transformation Industrial Excellence and Innovation
Guarantee the performance, maintenance, and evolution of the machine park Anticipate and integrate new industrial technologies Drive quality, safety, and environment processes (ISO 9001, 27001, 14001) Support Business Development
Support sales teams in building offers Participate in responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP) and client presentations Contribute to the definition of industrial capacities and pricing grids Client and Partner Relations
Represent operations to strategic clients Manage relations with suppliers, subcontractors, and key partners Secure the quality of contractual and operational relationships Cross-functional Collaboration and Governance
Work in close collaboration with IT&S, Infrastructure, and corporate functions Contribute to cross-functional projects and European initiatives Social Relations
Manage site social relations, in connection with the local CSE Work in close coordination with HR teams Anticipate and manage social issues related to industrial activity
Required Profile
Higher education (Master's degree or equivalent), ideally with a technical or industrial focus Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in the transactional print, mail output, or marketing sectors Significant experience in managing hierarchical and functional teams Strong business and financial culture, including P&L management Experience in an international environment Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency in ISO 9001, 27001, and 14001 standards Fluent English (written and oral)

Position based in Les Échets (Lyon Nord) Occasional mobility in France and occasionally in the United Kingdom Availability, flexibility, and strong operational commitment expected
