HR/Payroll Officer (M/F)
Job Description: Context Presentation Under the responsibility of the Payroll Manager, you will work across a multi-entity scope comprising a total of approximately 300 employees. This position offers a 360° view of the HR function, combining administrative rigor, payroll technicality, and HR development projects in a dynamic environment (Convention Syntec). Main Missions
- Personnel Administration (50%)
Employee lifecycle management: Creation and updating of files, monitoring of residence permits, mutual insurance waivers, and RQTH files. Social protection: Management of affiliations/terminations (mutual insurance and provident fund) and monitoring of coverage files. Legal obligations: Monitoring of occupational medicine and drafting of employer certificates. SIRH & Reporting: Updating the SIRH, creation and monitoring of HR dashboards. Employee relations: Level 1 response to daily questions.
- Payroll and GTA (25 %)
Payroll cycle: Collection, entry, and control of payroll variables in the dedicated software. Post-payroll: Issuance and distribution of payslips and final settlement documents (soldes de tout compte). GTA: Analysis and correction of time management anomalies. Support: Various support missions for the payroll department and updating first-level configuration.
- HR Development & Recruitment (10%)
Recruitment: Close collaboration with the Shared Services (based in India), contact with candidates, and organization of interviews. Onboarding: Preparation of hiring documents and the welcome booklet. HR Campaigns: Operational support for various campaigns (training, career development interviews, annual performance reviews, etc.).
- Projects & HR Communication (15%)
Integration process: Optimization of the integration process, management of access, and physical/logistical welcome of newcomers. Communication: Support for the quarterly HR newsletter in connection with the Corporate Communication team.
Training and Experience Level: Minimum Bac +3 (Licence Professionnelle RH/Paie). Experience: Beginner accepted up to 2 years of experience (apprenticeship included). Technical Skills Tools: Mastery of Pack Office or Google Suite. Languages: Operational written English is imperative (exchanges with India). An operational level in spoken English is a plus. Software: Knowledge of ADP Décidium is a considerable advantage. Soft Skills (Expected Qualities) Interpersonal skills: Fluid communication with various interlocutors.
