SMT Engineer/Technician (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

1. Collaborate with the production team to achieve quality objectives and improve production efficiency.
2. Improve and develop equipment to enhance product quality and increase productivity.
3. Control and prevent unauthorized installation or setup of SMT machines.
4. Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities in accordance with established maintenance plans.
5. Perform equipment repairs and manage spare parts internally to reduce operational costs.
6. Provide training and technical guidance to staff on equipment operation and troubleshooting.
7. Prepare Work Instructions (WI) for new equipment and update related documentation.
8. Develop WI for production processes, including defining and controlling critical process parameters.
9. Monitor daily production output, analyze performance results, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. At least 2 years of working experience in the SMT field is preferred. Proficient in using personal computers and relevant software. Strong understanding of process control in the electronics industry.
