Project Engineer for technical industrial projects in Borås
About the position
As a Project Engineer, you are responsible for the technical part of customer projects, from planning and design to the review of drawings and technical documentation. You work with GA drawings, assembly drawings, instructions, and specifications, while ensuring that the design is cost-effective and meets customer requirements, regulations, and internal standards.
The role involves close collaboration with project managers, the sales organization, application teams, subcontractors, and manufacturers. You will become a central technical contact person in the project team and drive the Engineering work forward, both internally and externally.
We are looking for you who
We are looking for you who is a civilingenjör or högskoleingenjör in mechanical engineering, or alternatively have long production experience and very good product knowledge. You have at least 2 years of experience as a designer, are well-versed in 3D-CAD, and communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
It is a merit if you have experience with SolidWorks and good knowledge of welded structures. As a person, you are communicative, proactive, and energetic, while working carefully and in a structured manner.

Practical information
