We are looking for an Integrationsutvecklare

Do you want to use your technical expertise to solve real-world business problems at scale, without sitting and writing code all day? With us, you will have a key role in the hub between thousands of applications, enormous amounts of data, and business-critical flows. When our services stand still, the business stands still. Here, you will help ensure that everything from payments and inventory flows to digital customer services works around the clock.

The Role You will be part of a central integration function where all parts of the business meet via all the group's services. Your daily life consists of:

• Understanding needs from different departments and translating them into smart integration solutions
• Working with Java in a Linux environment, Apache/Confluent Kafka, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
• Configuring and reusing existing components rather than building everything from scratch
• Looking at the big picture, how new flows affect capacity, stability, and other systems

This is not a pure "coding role"—programming is your tool, but you are driven by the interaction between technology, people, and business.

Who we believe you are We believe that you:

• Have approx. 5+ years of experience in Java development
• Are communicative, unpretentious, and enjoy meetings with different departments
• Are thorough, responsible, and humble; you understand that our solutions are business-critical
• Like to collaborate, ask, listen, and build trust with other teams
• Have post-secondary technical education or equivalent experience
• Have worked with Linux, cloud (e.g., Azure/GCP/AWS/Oracle), and preferably Kafka/Kubernetes

Swedish is a plus but not a requirement: good English is needed.

Practicalities Location: Solna, at least two days a week in the office

Working hours: mainly office hours (approx. 8–17)
