About the position: As a senior HW designer, you are responsible for the development of electronics and PCBs for advanced Battery Management Systems for the company's battery products. You work with the entire chain from requirements decomposition and architecture to schematic drawing, PCB layout, verification, and production documentation. In this role, you collaborate closely with system engineers, software engineers, cell experts, and suppliers to ensure robust, certifiable solutions. You will become part of the R&D HW team at the Battery Competence Center at an international company. The work is performed 80% on-site, where business travel may occur depending on the workplace.
We are looking for you who: Have several years of experience in circuit and PCBA design and are accustomed to working independently in complex development projects. You have previously designed BMS hardware with AFEs and MCUs, preferably with STM microcontrollers and Texas Instruments AFE circuits, and have at least two years of practical experience with OrCAD for both schematic and PCB design. You are confident in component selection, interface definition towards BMA, HW-SW interface, and preferably also safety analyses such as FMEDA/MTTF. As a person, you are structured, collaborative, and naturally take responsibility for driving your area forward. Good knowledge of English is a requirement; knowledge of Swedish is a merit.

Practical information: The position is located in Huskvarna or Jonsered, is full-time with a fixed, market-based salary, and a start date according to agreement, taking into account any notice period.
